Cody and the K Cleanup team came to the rescue after hours on a holiday. They arrived within an hour to help a sump pump failure in my basement. The team was friendly, respectful and extremely informative about the insurance process and what to expect. K Cleanup really saved us in an emergency. We called them hoping someone could come out the next day for a flooding issue, but they were at our house in less than 2 hours! They were very professional and pricing was reasonable compared to the other quote we received over the phone from another company. More importantly, they resolved our issue and did excellent work. They even replaced drywall and painted for us! I’ve already referred them to a neighbor, and I had them come out for an inspection when I thought I had found moisture in the wall elsewhere in my home. They performed some tests and it was a false alarm, but I appreciated their honesty. I’m planning to use them for non-emergency restoration project in my attic.

Cody is amazing to work with and provides prompt, diligent estimates along with service. My neighbors hired him to mitigate some damage from the floods in July and I was so impressed by his work that I ended up hiring him to do the same thing at my house. He covered all of the furniture and belongings diligently, and notified me of any areas which had additional damage requiring other contractors to fix. In addition, he worked with those other contractors (roof, interior mitigation) in order to advise them on their scope of work. I am confident that Cody can provide great service to anyone in any event and respond quickly when disaster strikes at your home.

They removed 2+ feet of sewer water from the basement and came back to remove damaged drywall, doors, molding, and personal items as well. After that they dried the basement with dozens of industrial fans and dehumidifiers to acceptable levels to get the basement ready for reconstruction. Really went above and beyond and couldn’t be more thankful in for the work they provided. This business is honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

We experienced a pipe puncture that created a slow water leak that, over several months, resulted in ceiling, wall and hardwood floor water damage. Cody Kuhlman from Kcleanup & Restoration was referred to us by a close friend. Cody was on the scene almost immediately. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done, the equipment required, how progress would be measured/confirmed, how long the remediation would take and what our expectations should be. He was at our house checking moisture readings and or repositioning equipment daily. He would also check-in to follow up on questions we had. He was especially attentive to getting the dehumidifier, the fans and dry heat on the hardwood floor to the point where 95% of the buckling went away. Even he did not think we would get as good a result as we did. Excellent work! He kept us well informed of progress and made sure we were pleased with the result. He also kept the premises spotless. We felt comfortable we were in good hands every step of the way!
